What You'll Do

• ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
• ● Develop both front-end and back-end solutions
• ● Communicate with clients to understand their pain points and offer solutions
• ● Ensure optimal performance, security, and responsiveness across all platforms
• ● Work with cloud services and databases
• ● Be a leader in your field, and help others grow with you

What We're Looking For

• ● Strong proficiency in Full Stack Development
• ● Have at least 2 years of professional experience
• ● Experience with React, Vue.js, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks
• ● Solid knowledge of Node.js, Django, Laravel, or other back-end technologies
• ● Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
• ● Knowledge of version control systems (git or others)
• ● Be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• ● Ability to master technologies/tools on request
• ● Understanding of Enterprise Level Architectures
• ● English speaking, Dutch or French are strong assets
• ● Be open to be working in Ghent, Belgium 4 days a week in the office

Preferred Skills

• ● Experience leading small teams
• ● Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• ● Knowledge of CMS Solutions (Drupal, WordPress and others)
