Customer Support Advisor: English + German + French - Multiple Shifts - Oostakker

For our client we're looking for a Customer Service Officer.

In this role, you become the voice of support for drivers facing unexpected vehicle issues across Europe. You'll be part of a fast-paced and multilingual contact center where your communication skills, empathy, and sense of urgency play a crucial role in keeping transport moving.

Handle incoming assistance requests from international customers experiencing roadside vehicle breakdowns.

Take ownership of each case by coordinating with local service providers and technicians until the issue is resolved.

Maintain constant communication with both the customer and service partner, providing regular updates and reassurance.

Think on your feet and apply a proactive approach to problem-solving, often finding creative solutions under time pressure.

Be an integral part of a tight-knit, multilingual team that thrives on collaboration and mutual support.

Operate within a 24/7 environment, where teamwork and flexibility are essential to ensuring seamless customer experiences.
