About The Role

Are you passionate about helping runners move better while making an impact across a diverse orthopedic caseload?

At Rehab United, we’re looking for a driven and growth-minded Physical Therapist who’s ready to elevate their practice — combining expertise in running assessments, video diagnostics, and functional movement with high-quality orthopedic care.

We’re not just a clinic — we’re a community of clinicians, athletes, and innovators committed to advancing human movement and redefining what physical therapy can be.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive Base Salary: $83,000 – $114,400 annually
  • Incentive Program: Earn more through performance-based bonuses and community engagement initiatives
  • Continuing Education Support: Access to mentorship, certifications, and specialized growth tracks
  • Team Environment: Collaborate with like-minded clinicians who share a passion for movement, learning, and patient success
  • Health & Wellness Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and additional wellness options

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure in California)
  • Experience or strong interest in running assessments, gait analysis, and video-based movement evaluation
  • Comfortable treating a variety of general orthopedic conditions alongside sport-specific cases
  • Skilled at connecting with active individuals — from recreational joggers to competitive athletes — and tailoring care to their unique goals
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and excited to take ownership of your role
  • Curious, self-motivated, and collaborative — eager to learn, grow, and innovate within a supportive team

Why Join Us?

This is more than a job — it’s a platform for passionate clinicians who want to blend science with sport, expand their skill set, and help patients of all backgrounds move, perform, and live better.

If you’re ready to combine your expertise in orthopedic physical therapy with a focus on running mechanics and performance, we want to meet you.

Apply today and help us keep our community moving — one stride at a time.
