Required Qualifications

Professional Profile

• Distinctive artistic portfolio showcasing a unique ceramic style and creative vision
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in ceramics or related artistic disciplines

Technical Expertise

• Advanced wheel throwing capabilities, demonstrating precision across a wide range of object sizes (200g to 15kg)
• Comprehensive mastery of ceramics methods, materials, glaze formulation, and kiln operations
• Proven ability to teach and mentor students across all skill levels, from novice to advanced practitioners

Leadership and Management

• Documented experience managing ceramic studio operations and effectively supervising staff and instructors
• Demonstrated professional teaching background in community arts or studio environments
• Exceptional self-management skills with ability to work independently and proactively
