Our client is an international industrial group specializing in environmental technologies and air filtration solutions. They are looking for a Service Manager to coordinate, structure, and develop service activities across Belgium, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

Plan and coordinate field service activities Optimize maintenance schedules and resource allocation Prepare technical interventions and inspections Support technicians with expertise and on-site visits Build strong relationships with existing customers Develop service contracts and identify upselling opportunities Lead and motivate a small technician team Ensure compliance with internal and group processes

Degree in electro-mechanics, electricity, or equivalent 10+ years in technical service Strong electrical and industrial knowledge Experience in coordination or team leadership (small team) Fluent Dutch & French, good English Hands-on, structured, customer-driven mindset Comfortable with digital tools and service data
