About The Role

**Resource Coordinator**

We are seeking a Resource Coordinator to support centralized resourcing. In this role, you will maintain shift schedules, assist with system-related tasks, and ensure that resource data is accurate and up-to-date for operational teams. You will be an essential part of the resourcing team and work closely with various stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and maintain shift schedules for designated locations according to centralized resource planning practices.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of shift data in the Quinyx system.
  • Support service managers with resource planning questions and changes.
  • Update system information in Quinyx and Mepco under the guidance of the Resourcing Manager.
  • Assist in resolving basic system issues.
  • Participate in maintaining documentation and guidelines related to resource planning, as well as updating the resource calendar and planning tools.
  • Support the preparation of reports for operational management and assist with monthly reporting and data validation.
  • Take part in team meetings, development activities, and maintain internal communication channels and shared files.

**Requirements**

  • Relevant vocational education or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience or interest in workforce planning and resource management.
  • Familiarity with Quinyx, Mepco, or similar systems is considered an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.

**We Offer**

  • A fixed-term employment relationship valid until 30 September 2027, commencing as soon as possible, and no later than 13 July 2026.
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: 2400–2800 €/month
  • A flexible hybrid working model with the option to work from our offices in Turku, Helsinki, or Tampere
