About The Role

MachineGames is looking for an experienced QA Lead to join our team.

To work together with Production Units on setting up test routines and test plans.
To Identify and communicate the QA needs of the Company.
Facilitate communication with in house and outsource teams
To help establish, maintain and develop aspects of the QA pipeline and technical standards.
To work collaboratively with the developers and internal/external QA departments.
To create clear and concise reports both in written and verbal form.
To ensure review builds are functional.
To distribute builds both internally and externally.
To write up build and distribute build notes when required.
To keep track and follow up warnings, memory reports and performance problems.
QA Sign of on major and minor releases

You are expected to lead by example and tutor any less experienced members within the applicable discipline. You can take on a mentor role.
You appreciate and respect established office core hours and absence reporting rules.
You operate within given constraints (time/schedule and technical limits) but pro-actively work to constantly improve our processes.
You can plan out and complete work with minimal direction or oversight from managers/producers.
You take proactive behavior further in terms of interactions with your colleagues not only within your discipline/team.
You always strive for high quality output
