Internship in Group Automation and AI Transformation (272737)

Description of the Unit

Digital Transformation & IT is a newly formed unit within Group Function Managed Services, with the aim to drive our digital strategy, vision and to ensure cross-functional execution. Automation & AI is a key theme of Ericsson Digital Transformation and competence is now consolidated to drive business transformation through automation and AI, and to ensure a secure and scalable development, deployment and continued operations.

Responsibilities

Follow up and foster work of different streams of the Automation and AI Transformation and Execution Teams

Support Head of Program Management in strategic planning and operations, collecting and populating data

Conduct analyses and create management presentations

Steer communication towards business stakeholders

Support in overseeing and implementing continual process improvement initiatives

Effectively populating program status and progress against objectives from stakeholders and senior management. Synthesize relevant information on key milestones, success criteria and risks

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering or other relevant fields of study
• A high proficiency in English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication- and teamwork skills
• Structured and result oriented ways of working
• Curiosity and passion for technology, preferably in the fields of AI, Analytics and Automation
• Comfortable in working in Excel and PowerPoint
• Be a strategic and forward thinker
