Night Porter

We are currently recruiting for a Night Porter to join our team.

Responsibilites include

• Conduct regular fire and security walks throughout the night
• Ensure all guests are checked in to the agreed standard with payment methods secured against bookings
• Process no shows ensuring payment is secured against bookings where possible
• Monitor the phone lines and repond to customer queries
• Implement the night audit
• Assist with the processing of reports for the breakfast teams
• Respond to power alerts in a timely manner
• Assist with late night bar and room service requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience within a hotel setting desirable

Knowlegde of the Opera Cloud system is advantageous, however full training will be provided.
