Operations Manager/Facilities Manager - Inverclyde, Scotland

A rapidly expanding property management company is looking for an Operations Manager to join them at a shopping centre in Inverclyde.

The business is going through positive change and growth, so you will be joining a very ambitious and motivated culture. The property is a key for its local demographic and a popular location for families and couples and hosts a range of events through the years.

You will

Deliver excellent facilities services and customer experience
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations at all times
Oversee health and safety
Maintain effective relationships with tenants
Manage the budget effectively

You are

An Operations Manager, Facilities Manager or Contracts Manager
Ideally working in Shopping Centres or Retail, or with relevant experience in a similar sector
Experienced in contractor management
An effective communicator with the ability to engage with different people
IOSH or NEBOSH is desirable
