Business Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Function as a versatile business team member contributing to hiring, HR, and business operations
• Develop strategic staffing and operational scalability plans
• Design and support office operations and procedures
• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute an amazing, high-touch candidate experience: sourcing best-in-class candidates, conducting outreach, and scheduling interviews
• Manage and run the training and on-boarding process for all new employees
