About The Role
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
- Creating and optimizing Technical Resumes and LinkedIn profiles for the Candidates.
- Setting up the UK job board for the Internal Candidates.
- Hiring Candidates as per the organization’s requirement.
- Onboarding and offboarding of candidates.
- Getting up candidates' profiles in the ATS and following up as per guidelines.
- Conducting MOC interviews for our internal candidates and making sure they are ready for
- the jobmarket.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve theintern
- al hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment
- activities inthe applicant tracking system.
- Follow-up on internal candidates, via pre-set email daily as per ATS and call them whereverpossible.
- Share the Technical and Recruitment/HR
- existing technical questions using the templates via theshare point.
- Encouraging all the internal candidates to keep applying using, LinkedIn, UK/Ireland job
- boards likeJobServe, CV Library, etc
