Operational Excellence Project Manager

Logika 4PL is a fourth-party logistics company delivering supply chain consulting, freight, warehousing, distribution, customs clearance, and technology-enabled logistics solutions. We work across complex logistics environments to help organizations improve how their operations run and how their supply chains perform.

This role will play an important part in advancing operational transformation across the business. As Operational Excellence Project Manager, you will help drive key change initiatives, working closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support more efficient, data-informed, and scalable ways of operating.

Responsibilities

• Report to the COO.
• Support the digitization of operations and the transition to a new TMS system.
• Interact with a variety of roles and positions across the company.
• Educational background in operations management.
• Proven experience implementing digitization projects and ERP implementation projects.
• Experience working with ERP platforms and BI dashboards.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methods.
• Experience coordinating across operations and IT teams.
• Experience with operational research projects.
• Eligibility to work in Greece.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain is a plus.
