• As our HR Intern , you’ll work on project-based assignments that enhance our HR operations, strengthen our culture, and support the overall satisfaction of our workforce.

• 📋 What You’ll Do

HR Projects & Process Improvement

• Collaborate with the People team to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in building project plans, timelines, goals, and deliverables.
• Research, gather data, and support project decision-making.
• Monitor project progress, manage operations, and pivot when needed.
• Communicate clearly with managers and partners on updates and requirements.
• Create and maintain documentation, reports, and project follow-up.
