A residential elevator company in the Portland, Oregon area is seeking a skilled Residential Elevator Mechanic to join its team. This position will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential elevator systems. Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair residential elevator systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards, company procedures, and applicable codes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, builders, and team members.
• Provide accurate updates regarding service issues, repair recommendations, and project status.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and work areas in a clean and professional manner.
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and job-related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Work independently in the field while representing the company professionally.
