About The Role

Maintain and continuously enhance the Bank's ESG Risk Policy, ensuring alignment with EBA/GL/2025/01 and CSSF Circular 26/905.
Lead the annual ESG materiality assessment, translating outputs into actionable risk identification across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
Own Pillar III ESG disclosure report (CRR Article 449a), including quantitative templates and qualitative narrative, benchmarked against EU peer institutions.
Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Environmental Science, Law, or a related field; ESG in CFA or equivalent sustainability credentials are advantageous.
Analytical rigor-comfort with quantitative modelling alongside qualitative ESG assessment.
Communication excellence.
