Description

The Financial Accounting Department is in charge of the daily accounting activities of the bank, invoicing, budgeting, VAT and corporate income tax filing, regulatory reporting towards the CSSF and the Central Bank of Luxembourg, management/consolidated reporting to the Group, and Procurement.

In order to support the department, we are looking for an Experienced Financial Accountant until 31st August 2027.

Your main tasks will be to work on

Capex/depreciation
Invoices payments
Expenses accruals
Intragroup recharges
IFRS 16 Right-of-Usage calculation/booking
Monthly VAT filing
Director fees' declaration
Bank account reconciliation
External Audit support

Job requirements

Studies in Accounting, Finance, Business
Prior experience (2-3 years) in Accounting and VAT filing
Olympic and Multiline usage experience a plus
Very good command in MS Excel and its formulas usage
Very good level of English, French is a plus
Proactive, teamwork, good communication skills
Quality-driven, attached to details and accurate
Good organisation skills
