We are currently seeking an experienced Investor Onboarding Analyst to join a leading player in the alternative investment funds sector based in Luxembourg.

As part of the Investor Onboarding Team, the successful candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the onboarding process and collaborating closely with the legal and investment teams on AML/KYC matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients throughout the investor onboarding process, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT requirements
  • Assist with the client acceptance process and ensure alignment with agreed service levels and internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems and support ongoing client file management
  • Collaborate with the Transaction Legal team to perform AML/KYC checks on fund structures prior to investment execution
  • Manage priorities and coordinate effectively with internal teams to meet tight deadlines
  • Liaise regularly with administrators and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality client service while adhering to regulatory obligations
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects led by the Luxembourg team

Key Skills and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience, ideally within the alternative investment fund sector in Luxembourg
  • Proven ability to interact with institutional clients and handle complex onboarding scenarios
  • Strong client service orientation and confidence in handling sensitive or challenging conversations
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; capable of simplifying technical concepts
  • Proactive and solution-focused, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg AML laws, investor due diligence, and fund structuring
  • Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with high attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is required.
