About The Role
Description
- Effectuer la mise en place de la salle et de l'office et dresser les tables pour le service.
- Accueillir le client à son arrivée au restaurant, l'installer à une table et lui présenter la carte.
- Conseiller le client dans ses choix de plats selon ses goûts, les suggestions du jour et prendre sa commande.
- Procéder à l'encaissement.
- Débarrasser les tables et nettoyer la salle de restaurant.
- Effectuer le service des plats en salle.
Formations: En restauration.
