Manager - Production Support

• Minimum 4+ years Operations Experience in 24x7 high-availability Production environment.
• Support trouble-shooting client issues with high level data analysis and project review.
• Extensive problem solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to independently apply production upgrades and support the products and technologies.
• Experience in providing services to agreed SLA’s and OLA’s.
• Experience of working in an ITIL environment.
• Experience with supporting multiproduct environment.
• Experience in supporting and administering ATM Switch / Card Management / WEB Bases banking System.
• Experience with supporting Java applications and an understanding of web technology.
• Knowledge of Linux environment will be an Added advantage.

Requirements

• In depth understanding of MS SQL.
• Core switching experience and knowledge and recent experience.
• Complete understanding of ISO 8583 and recent experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end transaction flow (issuing/ Acquiring) .
• Hands on experience on release management, change management process and incident management. Internal content Internal content.
• Hands-on experience in customer management and customer handling.
• Hands on experience on Linux command (REN) .

Communication skills-

• Good communication skills/ understanding of customer communication, verbal as well as email.
