About The Role

Eram Talent is looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, who will report to the Lead, Operational Strategy & Planning, and is responsible for providing operational support for day-in-the-life operations for the project team at NEOM. Their primary goal is to ensure that resource requirements are carefully planned and managed in support of achieving overall operational objectives and that operational reporting is conducted and managed in accordance with operational procedures.

Scope of Work

Coordinate Reporting Processes

Prepare and organize strategic reports, presentations, and documentation for internal leadership and external partners.

Data Management & Analysis

Streamline data collection and analysis to support effective and timely decision-making.

Dashboard & Tracking Tools Development

Support the creation of dashboards, tracking tools, and progress reports to monitor timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.

Project Performance Monitoring

Develop and maintain a performance database to track progress and achievement of project milestones.

Produce Operational Reports

Generate regular internal and external reports highlighting project status, risks, and achievements.

Action Tracking & Follow-up

Take meeting minutes, track assigned actions, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Risk & Issue Reporting

Identify and escalate project risks, delays, or issues through appropriate reporting channels.

Communication Support

Serve as liaison between project teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Support Scientific & Educational Reporting

Contribute to the development of educational and scientific materials for outreach, training, or awareness.

Event & Travel Reporting

Provide logistical summaries, post-event reports, and detailed travel itineraries for meetings and senior leadership travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facility Management, Data Analytics, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination and data analysis, preferably on large-scale projects.
  • Proficient in creating and managing data dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to track project metrics.
  • Experience working with CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) software for facility management and project tracking.
  • Strong skills in managing project timelines and coordinating teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and report insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting project and data insights.
