Program Manager (Saudi Arabia)

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of strategic transformation programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, business units, and external consultants.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and prepare status updates for management.
• Ensure projects align with the organization's strategy and target operating model.
• Assist in developing business cases and project scopes.
• Support the design of operating models and organizational structures.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and external vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in large-scale business transformation or change management.
• Knowledge of Project Management Consultant (PMC) environments.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).

Required Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – Required

• PgMP (Program Management Professional)
• CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional)

Education

Bachelor's degree in one of the following

• Project Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Business Administration (MBA is a plus)
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Systems Engineering
