About The Role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users and systems;
- Resolve incidents and technical issues;
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT infrastructures;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects;
- Document procedures and solutions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT support;
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;
- Familiarity with networking and virtualization tools;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in English.
