Senior Director - Operations/Transportation Process & Technology

As the Senior Director – Operations/Transportation Process & Technology, you will be responsible for defining, enabling, and scaling enterprise warehouse management (WMS/WMX) and transportation (TMS) processes and technology to support service, cost, and growth objectives across the global network. This role owns the warehouse/transportation management and technology roadmap, ensuring capabilities, investments, and sequencing are aligned to transportation strategy, operational priorities, and long-term network scalability. Accountable for operating at the intersection of warehouse operations, transportation, technology, and business strategy, translating objectives into standardized operating models, system capabilities, and governance across all modes and regions.
