They serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and within the scope of the project. Key responsibilities include the following: defining the project's scope, managing resources (budget, people, and technology), monitoring progress, mitigating risks, assuring quality, and communicating with stakeholders. They frequently employ methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, assign tasks, and lead project teams.
