This role is essential to ensuring our facilities remain safe, efficient, and fully operational. What You'll Do Complete work orders related to the maintenance and operation of major physical and mechanical equipment Maintain working knowledge of property systems Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components Electrical distribution systems, motors, and controls (electric and pneumatic) Kitchen and restaurant equipment Mechanical and non‑mechanical systems Compressors, refrigeration units, and air‑conditioning equipment Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed, including work orders, logs, and reports Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with OSHA guidelines Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Chief Engineer or Director of Facility Operations Deliver Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service to all guests and team members

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of commercial electrical systems preferred, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong knowledge of testing equipment such as an ammeter, ohmmeter, voltmeter and testing lamp. Must be able to read blue prints and understand the operation of main switchgear, distribution systems and emergency transfer switches. Must be able to lift 50 to75 lbs. Must have good communication skills. Must be safety conscious. Must be able to work as a team player to accomplish the goals of the Engineering Department.
