Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, you work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team to turn strategic priorities into tangible results. You help drive strategic initiatives, coordinate governance processes such as budgeting and business reviews, support decision-making through analysis and insights, and create alignment across teams and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a professional with a master’s level of thinking and working, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear and compelling messages. You combine a helicopter view with a hands-on mindset and can deliver results without relying on formal authority.
