What You'll Experience Over the course of the program, you'll work across multiple HR domains, including: HR Operations Manage employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to separation. Ensure HR documentation, compliance, and employee records are maintained accurately. Improve HR processes and service delivery. HR Technology & Systems Configure and maintain HRMS workflows, forms, policies, and approval processes. Support HR automation initiatives. Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions. Compensation & Benefits Support benefits administration and employee queries. Assist in compensation cycles, payroll inputs, and HR documentation. Understand reward philosophy and employee benefits management. Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring managers on recruitment. Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives. Support recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and communication campaigns. Help build a culture where people can thrive. HR Business Partnering Work alongside HRBPs to understand business priorities. Support workforce planning, performance management, and talent reviews. Gain exposure to strategic people decisions. Learning & Talent Development Coordinate learning interventions and leadership programs. Track learning effectiveness and capability development initiatives. Strategic HR Projects Work on organization-wide HR initiatives. Use data and insights to recommend improvements. Present ideas and solutions to senior stakeholders.
