About The Role

  • 1.负责二手设备市场的调研分析，配合技术部门完成设备的技术评估、方案选型及成本评估，确保设备功能与性能满足生产需求；
  • 2.负责开拓二手设备供应商渠道,包括供应商寻源、资质审核、定期评审及维护合作关系；
  • 3.根据采购计划进行采购询价、比价、议价;负责采购合同谈判、签署，确保设备按时交付；
  • 4.分析二手设备的结构成本,通过谈判等方式持续降低采购成本；
  • 5.及时协调解决采购过程中出现的质量、交期、技术等问题，与供应商及内部部门有效沟通。
  1. 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，电子工程、材料工程、微电子专业；
  2. 行业与专业经验：8年以上半导体行业相关经验，熟悉半导体工艺流程，具有工艺相关经验优先；
  3. 专业技能与资格：精通采购全流程管理，具备商务谈判、成本分析和合同管理能力；具备较强的数据分析与市场洞察力。
