  1. 品类采购规划：主导咨询服务、公关服务、办公家具、办公室租赁、厨具等非生产性品类的需求收集与年度采购计划制定；2. 市场分析与谈判：根据年度采购计划，开展市场调研与供应商寻源，主导价格谈判、合同签订及条款优化；3. 合同执行管控：闭环管理合同执行过程中的争议与变更，识别履约风险并推动解决，保障采购交付的合规性与及时性；4. 供应商关系维护：建立并动态刷新供应商绩效评估体系，推动供应商持续改进，支撑业务长期稳定发展。
  2. 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历；2. 行业与专业经验：3-5年采购相关工作经验，能使用办公软件完成采购流程管理；3. 其他要求：具有逻辑分析和应变能力，能快速理解业务需求并推动解决；具有沟通协调和商务谈判能力，能跨团队协作闭环。
