About The Role

  1. 制度建立与维护： 建立和维护集团端到端采购制度和流程，确保符合法律法规、公司内部管理制度及相关方要求；2. 监控与持续改进： 监控采购制度和流程运行情况，持续改进和优化以赋能采购业务的健康和合规开展；3. 合规文化建设： 制定采购合规方针，策划和实施采购合规文化、意识及能力的建立和提升项目；4. 合规检查与审核： 策划和实施采购内部合规检查与审核，构建采购合规的第一道防线；5. 数智化项目开发： 联合相关部门开发和完善基于采购流程和合规的数智化项目。
  2. 教育背景与专业知识：本科及以上学历，供应链管理、法学、商科相关专业；2. 行业与专业经验：5年以上采购流程管理或合规管理经验，半导体或制造业背景优先；3. 专业技能与资格：熟练使用SAP、SRM等采购系统及数据分析工具，英语可作为工作语言；4. 其他要求：持有CPSM、CSCP、CIP等认证者优先。
