Service Manager (Dasmariñas Village)

📍 Branch-Based | Retail Banking We are looking for a Service Manager to oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise branch operations (New Accounts, Accounting and Investments functions) Ensure compliance with KYC, AMLA, and internal control policies Jointly manage cash vault and ATM custody Review and approve account openings/closures and operational transactions Handle compliance, risk, and audit requirements at branch level Support customer service, complaint resolution, and product promotion Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year course; background in banking or finance is an advantage At least 3–4 years of experience in branch banking operations Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and controls Good communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
