What you´ll do Coordinate end-to-end product launch and relaunch activities for the Henkel Professional LATAM business, ensuring projects are executed on time and aligned with business objectives. Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Supply Chain, R D, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive collaboration and timely completion of project deliverables. Manage and maintain project information in Henkel's project management and workflow systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and visibility across stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, track milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively follow up on outstanding actions to keep projects moving forward. Coordinate artwork approval processes, ensuring all requirements are completed within established deadlines. Participate in project meetings, provide status updates, document action items, and escalate issues that may impact launch timelines or project success. Support multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, process compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
