Key Responsibilities Support daily commercial operations for E-commerce stores across E-commerce platforms Optimize product listings and maintain E-commerce storefront, including upload and update banners, images, content and Product Detail Pages Monitor stock availability, pricing, promotion and campaign readiness Coordinate campaign planning, promotion setup and execution through effective alignment with different stakeholders, including clients, platform KAMs and internal cross-functional teams Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related and operational escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues Track performance metrics across sales, traffic, conversion and product, including GMV, NMV, UV, PV and other relevant metrics Prepare weekly/monthly commercial performance reports and client-facing business updates Identify growth opportunities for clients through data analysis and performance insights Assist the Commercial Manager in the day-to-day operations of the team Requirements 1 – 2 years of experience in E-commerce commercial or marketplace operations Familiarity with E-commerce platform ecosystem, such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data Good reporting and presentation skills Good written and verbal communication skills Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and accountability By submitting this, you agree to this Privacy Notice and you will be deemed to have consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Notice: <https://adaglobal.com/privacy-policy/> Unfortunately, we are only able to contact shortlisted applicants.
