Qualifications:

Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or business development
Manpower agency or recruitment experience is preferred
Knowledge of client sourcing and prospecting
Strong communication and research skills
Goal-oriented and results-driven
Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities
Generate leads through online platforms and social media
Introduce manpower and recruitment services to prospects
Build and maintain client databases
Schedule client meetings
Monitor lead generation results
