Senior Executive - Finance (Shared Services)

Vendor Approval & Compliance

• Validate and approve vendor submissions in the Supplier Hub (Oracle).
• Ensure all vendor approvals comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement & System Support
  • Support system transitions and enhancements.
  • Review and optimize existing procedures to improve efficiency.
• Master Data Management
  • Participate in master data cleanup activities.
  • Validate and approve Item Master and Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) requests.
  • Maintain trackers and documentation for master data.
  • Drive data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Audit & Control
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure readiness for independent audits through proper record management.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Management
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for approvals and data management activities.
  • Engage with outsourcing partners and business teams to address queries.

• Bachelors in Commerce
• 3 to 5 years experience in MDM / Procurement Coordination / Procurement Administration
• Experience with Oracle Supplier Hub preferred
• Excellent MS Excel Skills
