Responsibilities：

• Prepare dishes independently according to our menu.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Work closely with colleagues and support the team during busy periods.
• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Supervise and guide kitchen assistants.
• Prepare ingredients and mise en place.
• Apply professional cooking techniques.
• Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.
• Take responsibility for stock control and kitchen organization.
