About The Role
Responsible for keeping machines running with zero breakdowns, zero defects and zero accidents; Perform autonomous maintenance. Carry out planned and preventive maintenance. Conduct breakdown analysis and problem solving. Improve equipment effectiveness (OEE). Provide training and reporting. Education : - Diploma / HND / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering - Or a Trade Certificate / NVTI in Fitting, Electrical, or Millwright Experience 1 - 2 years in factory / plant maintenance, production, or engineering Experience with preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and working with operators on the shop floor
