Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Monitoring:
Develop strategies to uphold Outsourced Doers' Code of Conduct and labor policies.
Labor Relations Expertise:
Collaborate with legal teams and lead evidence-gathering for labor cases.
Policy Implementation:
Assist in drafting policies and manage grievance processes.
HR Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for employees working in the office, addressing any concerns or inquiries related to office operations, policies, or resources.

Requirements:

Knowledge & Experience:
Well-versed in Philippine Labor Code with experience handling comprehensive HR functions in a fast-growing company.
Skills:
Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities in a high-paced environment.
Education:
BA/BS in HR Management or related field (Bachelor of Laws is a plus).
Attributes:
Detail-oriented, proactive, and equipped with a high emotional quotient for empathetic engagement.
Location Flexibility:
This role is in a work-from-home setting.
