Supervisor, Operations

Responsible for managing and executing all onsite operations including chemical supply, logistics, maintenance coordination, and service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and contractual requirements.

Accountability and Scope:

• Operational execution across shifts
• Supervision of Supervisors (Production, Safety, Maintenance)
• Service delivery to GM production
• Cost control and resource optimization
• Support to Site Leadership

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead daily operations

· Ensure continuous supply to production lines

· Monitor KPIs and operational performance

· Coordinate logistics, maintenance, and EHS

· Manage incidents and escalations

· Drive continuous improvement

Measures of Performance:

· SLA ≥ 99%

· Operational efficiency

· Inventory accuracy

· Safety performance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Engineering or related degree
• 5+ years experience
• Leadership experience
