Travel DTC Executive

• Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Measure success and failure in a timely matter to identify next actions for marketing campaigns.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication Arts or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working in marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technique.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software.
• Demonstrated aptitude to think creatively and analytically within a problem-solving setting.
• Experience in an insurance environment is advantageous.

• Communication: Exceptional abilities in both written and verbal communication (both in Thai and English) as well as interpersonal aptitude.
