SB Finance | Sales Officer

POSITION TITLE : SALES OFFICER REPORTS TO : PERSONAL LOAN BRANCH CHANNEL HEAD DIRECTLY SUPERVISES : SALES ASSISTANT / FIELD SALES SPECIALIST UNIT/DEPARMENT : BRANCH CHANNEL/ PERSONAL LOAN SALES AND DISTRIBUTION DIVISION/ GROUP : PRODUCT AND SALES JOB SUMMARY The Sales Officer shall be responsible the overall sales achievement and performance to meet PL objectives within SBF policies and regulations. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor. Reviews substandard accounts for reconsideration and deviation. Prepares monthly productivity report and provide feedback to branches and propose action plans in order to meet the set targets. Ensures strong partnership with SBC branches by addressing their concerns promptly and thoroughly Conducts regular meetings with SBC branches to discuss performance and resolve any barriers that affect performance. Implements rewards and recognition schemes for SBC branches to boost productivity. It is accepted and understood that the employee may perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Years of Work Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience Educational Attainment/ Required course ( if applicable) : Bachelor's / College Degree in Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking Required Certification/ Professional License ( if applicable ): N/A Field of Specialization ( if applicable ): Banking and Financial, Sales-Retail Knowledge and Skills Requirement : Product knowledge and process With sales skills Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties Fast learner.
