Senior Conferencing Engineer

AV engineers are responsible for service innovation and operational stability, achieving these by working closely with the Workplace Technology Solutions Designer and AV vendor partners to design and build the best AV solutions for the business. An engineer is expected to be strategically focused at all times, also looking at continual improvement opportunities with the current services with a goal to simplify the operational model. Engineers will assist in the formulation of platform strategy, able to validate input with quantifiable market research/analysis. The engineer should expect to spend much of the day analyzing current services, identifying/communicating operational improvements, and assisting in the delivery. The Senior Engineer will take end to end ownership of engineering assignments including BAU and project driven work. This will involve working closely with other IT verticals to ensure a cohesive, secure solution.
