Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and a friendly demeanor, ensuring exceptional service standards Maintain accurate docket entry and POS system management, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly and closed off promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to guarantee the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and timely delivery Uphold rigorous food safety and hygiene protocols during all food service operations Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing bar and restaurant areas in accordance with opening, closing, and daily procedures Assist with stock control, inventory management, and room setup as needed Address guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, ensuring satisfaction and brand consistency Work efficiently during peak service periods while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Support team members in a collaborative and inclusive environment, contributing to overall operational success

Service-focused personality with a genuine passion for food and beverage excellence Previous experience in a food and beverage service role or similar hospitality position Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or demonstrated ability to obtain certification Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests and team members Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Barista skills and experience (preferred) Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently during busy service periods Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays Current work rights in Australia Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining individual accountability
