International Recruiter

You will find and hire people for the Group’s international teams, mainly in Europe and the US, and also for Panama. You run the full process, from finding candidates to the offer, and work with hiring managers to fill roles fast and with quality. You work remotely across several time zones.

Requirements

• Based in Latin America
• Spanish as main language, and Professional English, spoken and written
• 2–3 years of international recruiting, with Europe and the US as main markets
• Full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer
• “Hunter” mindset: proven at reaching passive candidates
• Works to targets and KPIs
• Fast and calm with many open roles at once, without losing quality
• Uses LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards and an applicant tracking system (Workable is a plus)
• Strong CV screening and interviewing
• Accurate records and careful handling of confidential data
• Works well with candidates and managers in different countries and time zones
