Today, our team boasts 70+ rock star professionals, and we're on the lookout for talented individuals to help us dominate the world of puzzles!🔝 Our flagship game, Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle, consistently ranks in the top word puzzle games in the US:🏆 #1 in the Cryptogram niche by downloads✏️ #3 in Word GamesWe are happy to announce that we are looking for a Recruiter for our Joyteractive Team!For which tasks (responsibilities)?Running the full hiring cycle for your vacancies: from the intake briefing with the hiring manager and writing the job description to the candidate accepting the offerWorking on 5+ vacancies at a time across different functions: engineering, QA, art, UI/UX, marketing, admin rolesProactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, paid sourcing tools, and the game dev communityConducting recruitment interviews, assessing candidates’ experience, motivation, and fit for the roleIndependently communicating with hiring managers throughout the vacancy lifecycle: keeping timelines on track, getting timely feedback, moving candidates through stages, and providing feedbackMaintaining an up-to-date candidate database in our ATS (Ashby)What kind of professional are we looking for?3+ years in recruitment, including 1+ years in-house at a game development companyExperience hiring for roles across several functions (e.g., engineering, art, product, marketing) and willingness to learn new onesStrong sourcing skills: advanced LinkedIn, experience with paid sourcing toolsYour own network of contacts in the game dev communityAbility to assess candidates by competencies, identify risks, and evaluate team fitWhat are the conditions and bonuses?For your success we offer:🌴 18 business days of compensated day-offs8 paid Personal Days a year + 1 day is added every year👉 Flexible Public Holidays policy❤️‍🩹 100% Sick Leave compensation💻 Payment for wear and tear on equipment while using a personal computer🌐 Remote work
