You will help our most strategic customers design, build, and deploy modern applications and AI solutions, including Copilot and agentic AI experiences, while driving technical excellence and successful <adoption.You> will have the opportunity to work across Azure application platforms, AI services, data and integration technologies, and the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem to create the next generation of intelligent solutions. Our Consulting team provides a collaborative environment where you can contribute your expertise, learn from others, and help shape innovative solutions for our customersQualificationsQualifications12+ years of experience in technology consulting, solution architecture, software engineering, or related areas.5+ years of experience leading customer-facing engagements involving solution envisioning, architecture and design, planning, development, and deployment of complex enterprise solutions.Proven experience designing and delivering modern application and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure, including generative AI and Copilot-based solutions.Strong ability to engage with business and technology stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and influence architecture and technology decisions.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degrees and relevant technical certifications are a plus.Areas of ExpertiseAI-Powered Application Modernization: Architect and modernize enterprise applications by embedding AI capabilities into business processes and digital experiences.Generative, Agentic AI & Copilot: Design and deliver GenAI, RAG, AI agent, multi-agent, and Microsoft Copilot solutions, including grounding, orchestration, integration, and evaluation.Cloud-Native Application Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient applications using Azure, APIs, microservices, containers, event-driven architectures, and modern engineering <practices.Data>, Integration & AI Platforms: Integrate applications and AI solutions with enterprise data, Microsoft Fabric, databases, search/vector services, APIs, and SaaS <platforms.Security>, DevOps & Responsible AI: Apply DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, identity, security, governance, and Responsible AI principles across modern Apps & AI solutions.Solution Architecture & Customer Leadership: Lead discovery, architecture, technical workshops, and complex Apps & AI engagements while influencing senior stakeholders and translating technology investments into measurable business outcomes.Technical Expertise: Azure AI | Azure OpenAI | Azure AI Search | Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Fabric | Azure App Service | Azure Functions | Azure Container Apps | AKS | Event Grid/Event Hubs | Azure SQL | Cosmos DB | GitHub | Azure DevOps | GenAI | RAG | AI Agents |Microservices | DevSecOps This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is <filled.Microsoft> is an equal opportunity employer.
