Strategic Buying Services Analyst II

Job Objective:

Provide support to a major global automotive client across multiple categories for non-production goods and services. Analyze purchase orders. Maintain and source suppliers.

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service and procurement.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP (desirable).
• Experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment (desirable).

Responsibilities:
• Support procurement operations.
• Analyze and evaluate requisitions before they are eligible for processing.
• Act as a liaison between the internal client and the procurement department.
• Respond to client needs and exceed service-level expectations.
• Generate cost savings.
