Your role as part of the team As our new Maintenance & Tooling Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable production equipment and effective tooling operations. In this role, you will lead and develop both departments, drive continuous improvement, and ensure clear priorities, effective resource planning, and strong team performance. You will work closely with the Senior Manager Production Equipment and key stakeholders to improve equipment reliability, optimize maintenance and tooling processes, and strengthen collaboration across the organization. How you will make a meaningful contribution In this role, you will contribute to a range of tasks across your area of responsibility. Your key responsibilities include: Leadership & Organization Lead and develop the Maintenance and Tooling departments. Ensure clear priorities, effective resource planning, and employee development. Maintenance Ensure effective preventive and corrective maintenance. Improve equipment availability and reliability through structured planning and follow-up. Drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes. Tooling Manage daily tooling activities, priorities, and resources. Ensure tooling availability to meet production requirements. Coordinate tooling repairs, modifications, and improvements in collaboration with the Senior Tooling Specialist. Bring your expertise into play To thrive in this role, we imagine that you bring some of the following qualifications: You have a relevant technical education, such as Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Production Engineer. You have experience from Maintenance, Tooling, Production Engineering, or a similar technical function in a manufacturing environment. You have strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams. You have a solid technical understanding of production equipment and maintenance processes. You are structured, proactive, and able to prioritize in a dynamic production environment. You communicate effectively in both Danish and English. Experience with maintenance management, CMMS, automation, CNC machinery, or technical supplier management is an advantage.
