We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in India. This individual will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across the clinical research organization (CRO) environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of recruiting for clinical research and clinical operations roles, including positions such as Clinical Research Associates (CRAs), Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Project Managers, Clinical Research Coordinators, Regulatory Affairs professionals, Medical Monitors, Data Managers, Biostatisticians, and other clinical development professionals. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while supporting the company's growth objectives.
